Carrie, I didn't know what to expect from this post, but happily, as I sit and sort through hundreds of missed emails, my guides led me to click open, rather than delete.
There's so much to ponder here, so many feelings to absorb (bless my empathic soul). I'm still in the weekend following a 2-week vacation, and suddenly, MONDAY looms a bit larger. Do I slide back into my daily life? Clutch the fragile seashells I collected on the Outer Banks and wish for something different? Succumb to the rumblings of anxiety stirring in my belly?
You've inspired me. The anxiety remains beneath the surface. That's it's job, I suppose, but I'll remember my blessings, fall a bit more deeply in love with my choices, and tomorrow morning, when the pups wake me, I'll grab hold of this life that everything I've done up to this moment in time has created.
Lyssa, I adore you and your empathetic heart. Iβm glad I can inspire as you do for me. That is the job of anxiety, isnβt it? I think I want to remember that, when it threatens to take over.
Your inspiration led to me creating a post from some old notes. Another form of anxiety... I believe being honest with each other about our weaknesses makes us stronger. πππ
Taking a leap and following your heart (with a little planning and smart strategy in place) could prove very rewarding! Every time I chose "leap and the net will appear," I had the best times of my life, no regrets, and more growth and opportunities than I could have imagined. Life is the party awaiting our arrival to the joy, love, understanding, and support the universe wants to give us! I think all the finger paint colors are just as bright. We need to be in a light that nurtures and illuminates them- brightness, shape, texture and all! My totally unsolicited 2 cents? We can never go wrong doing more of what feeds our souls!
Five wonderful days. It's so hard to hold onto that, while trudging the daily grind. So glad you were able to write it all down to keep those memories alive, and what a great idea! Dance like there's no tomorrow! Loved your post.
